Scope of this Standard
This Code of Practice gives guidelines for tourist land transport services in Trinidad and Tobago. It provides the requirements that shall be followed to ensure the legality of the operations and the safety and security of the passenger, driver, operator and vehicle. This document does not apply to route taxis or rental vehicles
